Waterfront Vacation Rental Management in Door County

A home on the water is special. It is also more work. Docks, shorelines, seasonal opening and closing, and how guests use the water all need a plan. DoCo Vacations is a local Door County manager based in Egg Harbor, with a 4.9 average guest rating and 10+ years as Airbnb Superhosts. We take the time to understand how your waterfront home actually works.

We don’t hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. Before we take on a waterfront home, we go through the questions that matter with you:

• How do you handle opening and closing the home each season, and who does what?
• Is there a dock, boat lift or shoreline area guests will use? What rules should guests follow?
• What should guests know about the water, the stairs and the shoreline before they arrive?
• Which water toys, kayaks or equipment do you want guests to use, if any?
• Who are the local contractors you already trust, and how do you want us to work with them?

Once we’ve agreed on the answers, we write them into the guest information and the way our team cares for the home.

Our guest care is the same on the water as anywhere else. Our local team handles guest messaging. We use a combination of in-house cleaning and linen teams with trusted third-party partners. We work to make every guest feel seen and remembered, because guests who feel cared for treat a home with care.
