How do I book a property with DoCo Vacations?
Booking a property with us is easy! You can browse our properties and book directly on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us to speak with one of our reservation specialists who can help you find the perfect property for your needs.
Are there any booking fees?
No, we don’t charge any booking fees when you book directly through our website. The price you see on our website is the price you pay for your stay. However, please note that we do charge a cleaning fee that is included in the total cost of your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?

If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, they will be eligible for a refund as follows:

-100% if canceled 60 days prior to the Check-In Date.
-50% if canceled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.

The Agent is entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during rental period. If such right is exercised, Guest will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25, and credit card fees are subtracted from any refund issued.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
While some of our properties have minimum stay requirements, we also offer properties that can be rented nightly, especially during the off-season. Please refer to the property listing or contact us for more information.
What is included in the rental rate?
Our rental rates include all applicable taxes and fees, as well as a starter supply of household essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. We also provide high-quality linens and towels for all beds and bathrooms. Some properties may also include additional amenities such as beach chairs, bikes, or firewood. Are pets allowed in your properties?
Some of our properties are pet-friendly, while others are not. Please refer to the property listing or contact us for more information about our pet policy.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events or emergencies. We offer travel insurance through a third-party provider. Please contact us for more information.
What should I do if I have a problem during my stay?
Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any problems that may arise during your stay. We provide a contact number for emergencies and encourage guests to contact us with any issues, big or small.
