DoCo Vacations grew out of something simple: a genuine love for Door County. Rob Esposito spent his childhood summers here, and years later he and his wife Suzie decided to build a company around the place that meant so much to them.
The two met working at a Culver’s, built a life together, and in 2018 poured everything into their first project: Flats on Church Street, a purpose-built vacation rental that went on to win awards. One year later, DoCo Vacations was born.
Today we’re a boutique property management company specializing in unique, high-end vacation homes across Door County — from cozy cabins to sprawling estates. Every home is chosen for its design, its character, and its details, because we believe where you stay should be as memorable as the trip itself.
But great design is only half of it. We run our own cleaning crews, our own professional laundry facility, and stock every home with hospitality-quality linens – so the comfort you feel isn’t luck, it’s built in. Booking is easy, online, and honest.
