Rob grew up in the Chicago suburbs and has been vacationing in Door County since he was a child.. Suzie, also raised in the suburbs, met Rob when they worked at the same Culver’s restaurant.
In 2018, we embarked on our first ground-up development of a purpose-built vacation rental – the award-winning Flats on Church Street. The success of the Flats, coupled with our passion for creating unique and memorable vacation experiences, led us to launch DoCo Vacations in 2019.Our dedication to providing stylish, spotlessly clean, and comfortable rentals has earned us thousands of five-star reviews on national booking websites. Rob Esposito
Rob is the driving force behind DoCo Vacations. As the founder and CEO, he brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, investment, and management to the table. Rob’s passion for vacation rentals started with his family’s property in Door County, and he has been dedicated to improving the guest experience ever since. In addition to his work with DoCo Vacations, Rob is also the founder of DoCo Capital, a private equity firm focused on real estate and hospitality investments.
Suzie Esposito
Suzie is Rob’s wife and Co-Founder of DoCo Vacations. While her primary role is mom to their three kids, she helps with DoCo Vacations when she can. Suzie’s input and support have been invaluable to the success of the company.
April Neubauer
April is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property management and guest services operations. With a background in hospitality management and customer service, April brings a wealth of experience to her role. She is committed to ensuring that each guest has a seamless and enjoyable vacation rental experience from start to finish.
Abby Heimbecher
Abby is responsible for all aspects of our marketing and branding efforts. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging content, Abby brings a fresh perspective to our team. She’s our “Chief Vibes Officer” in charge of ensuring that our messaging is consistent with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
