About the Role

As a Property Care & Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing our vacation homes between guest stays and helping ensure each property is welcoming, comfortable, and guest-ready. This role is ideal for someone who notices the details, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

No two days are exactly the same, but the goal always is: a beautifully prepared home and a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays

• Follow detailed cleaning and quality checklists

• Restock linens, towels, and essential supplies

• Perform light property checks and flag maintenance concerns

• Work with the DoCo Vacations team to maintain consistency across homes

Independent Cleaning Partner (3rd-Party)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
