This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility connected with this giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints about the giveaway go to the Administrator (see Section 1), not to Instagram or Meta.

1. Sponsors and Administrator

The Row x DoCo Vacations Instagram Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by:

• The Row Egg Harbor, LLC ("The Row")

DoCo and The Row are together called the "Sponsors." DoCo is the host and administrator of the Giveaway (the "Administrator"). Contact the Administrator with any questions at hello@docovacations.com.

2. Who Can Enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

You can't enter if you are an employee, owner, officer or member of either Sponsor, or of their parent companies, affiliates, or advertising, promotion or management agencies, or if you are an immediate family member (spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) or household member of any of those people.

Entering means you agree to these Official Rules and to the Administrator's decisions, which are final on all matters about the Giveaway.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs for two weeks. The Entry Period begins on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time and ends on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period won't count. The Administrator's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter (Instagram Entry)

To enter during the Entry Period, use your Instagram account to:

1. Follow both @docovacations and @theroweggharbor on Instagram.
2. Like the Giveaway post on Instagram (posted by @docovacations as a collab with @theroweggharbor).
3. Comment "ROW" on the Giveaway post and tag one friend you'd bring.

Completing all three steps gives you one entry (an "Instagram Entry"). You need an Instagram account to enter. Creating an Instagram account is free.

Please keep in mind:

• Your account needs to be public during the Entry Period and the drawing, so the Administrator can check that you completed the steps. If we can't see your follow, like or comment, your entry may not count.
• Tag a real person you know. Don't tag brands, celebrities or accounts you don't know. Tagging a friend doesn't enter that friend in the Giveaway. To enter, they need to complete the steps themselves.
• After you comment, an automatic direct message (DM) from @docovacations will confirm that you're in. Not getting the DM doesn't affect a valid entry, and the DM doesn't guarantee your entry is valid.
• Comments must be respectful and appropriate. The Administrator can disqualify comments that are offensive, unlawful, spammy, or that infringe on anyone's rights.

5. Optional Bonus Entry (Email List)

You can get one (1) bonus entry by joining the DoCo Vacations email list during the Entry Period through the Giveaway signup page at https://docovacations.com/giveaway/ (the "Bonus Entry").

• It's optional. You don't have to join the email list to enter or to win. An Instagram Entry without a Bonus Entry is fully eligible to win. Joining the email list costs nothing and doesn't require a purchase.
• Maximum one Bonus Entry per person, no matter how many times you submit the form or how many email addresses you use.
• You must be eligible. The Bonus Entry is open only to people who meet the requirements in Section 2, including being a legal US resident who is 21 or older at the time of entry.
• You must also have a valid Instagram Entry. The Bonus Entry is added to your Instagram Entry. It doesn't count by itself.
• Sign up during the Entry Period, using the signup page above, and give the same name and Instagram handle you used for your Instagram Entry, so we can match them. If we can't match your signup to a valid Instagram Entry, the Bonus Entry won't count.
• Already on our list? You can still get the Bonus Entry by submitting the Giveaway signup form during the Entry Period.
• You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after you sign up doesn't remove a Bonus Entry you've already earned.

6. Entry Limits and Fair Play

• One Instagram Entry per person and per Instagram account. Extra comments, extra tags or extra accounts don't add entries. The most you can have is two entries in total: one Instagram Entry plus one Bonus Entry.
• No bots, scripts, automated tools, fake or duplicate accounts, purchased followers or likes, or entries made by third parties for you. Using any of these voids your entries.
• If there's a dispute over who made an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized holder of the Instagram account (for an Instagram Entry) or of the email address (for a Bonus Entry).
• The Administrator can disqualify anyone who tampers with the Giveaway, breaks these rules, or acts in an unfair, disruptive or harassing way.

7. Drawing and Odds

On or about Thursday, November 19, 2026, after the Entry Period ends, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. Before the drawing, we'll remove duplicate, incomplete or ineligible entries, including accounts that don't follow both @docovacations and @theroweggharbor.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

• The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @docovacations only. The winner may also be tagged in an Instagram Story or comment from @docovacations or @theroweggharbor.
• We'll never ask you for a payment, a card number, or a password. Any message that claims to be from us and asks for those things is a scam. Please report it to Instagram.
• The potential winner must reply to the DM within 72 hours of when it's sent. If they don't reply in time, can't be reached, are found to be ineligible, or don't follow these rules, they forfeit the prize, and the Administrator may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
• Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where allowed by law) a publicity release, and an IRS Form W-9 (see Section 10), within 7 days of receiving them. If they don't, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
• The potential winner is a winner only after the Administrator has confirmed eligibility and received the required documents.

9. The Prize

One (1) prize: a two-night stay (two consecutive nights) at Unit 4 of The Row, a brand-new one-bedroom residence on Harbor School Rd in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin.

• Up to 4 guests, including the winner. The home has one king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Included: the nightly rate for the two nights, plus applicable taxes and fees for the stay.
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,200. The actual value may vary with the dates chosen. No difference between the ARV and the actual value will be paid.

Opening and redemption deadline

• The Row is not open yet. Opening is currently targeted for Memorial Day weekend 2027. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• The prize stay can be taken only after The Row opens and must be completed within 12 months after The Row's actual opening date. If opening is delayed, the deadline moves back to match: it is always 12 months after the actual opening date.
• If the stay is not completed by the deadline, the prize is forfeited and nothing will be given in its place.

Choosing dates

• The winner gets first pick of dates before The Row's booking calendar opens to the public. DoCo will contact the winner to choose dates before that happens.
• There are no blackout dates.
• If the winner hasn't chosen dates by the time the booking calendar opens to the public, the stay is subject to availability, and dates that other guests have already booked can't be guaranteed.

Staying at the home

• The winner must be one of the guests on the prize stay.
• The stay is subject to DoCo's Rental Terms & House Rules (docovacations.com/rental-terms/) and DoCo's standard rental agreement, which the winner must sign before arrival. Those terms include the occupancy limit and pet rules, and they require the guest who books to be at least 21, which is why entrants must be 21 or older (see Section 2).
• Once dates are booked, DoCo's standard cancellation policy applies. If the winner cancels, the prize may be forfeited.

Not included

Everything not listed above as included is the winner's responsibility, including transportation and travel to and from Egg Harbor, food and drinks, incidentals, extra nights, optional add-ons (such as a pet fee at a dog-friendly home), and any charges for damage, extra cleaning or rule violations under DoCo's Rental Terms.

Other prize terms

• The prize is non-transferable. It can't be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or credit, and it can't be combined with other offers.
• No substitutions by the winner. If the prize, or any part of it, can't be awarded as described for reasons outside the Sponsors' reasonable control, the Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Only one prize will be awarded.

10. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes on the prize. Because the prize's ARV is more than $600, a Sponsor may be required to issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize, and the winner will need to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including their taxpayer ID number) before the prize is awarded. (The lodging taxes and fees for the stay itself are covered by the prize, as described in Section 9.)

11. General Conditions

• The Sponsors can cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, a change to Instagram's features or policies, or anything else outside their reasonable control affects the Giveaway's administration, security or fairness. If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Administrator may (at its discretion) select a winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
• If there's any difference between these Official Rules and any Giveaway post, caption, slide, DM or advertisement, these Official Rules control.
• The Sponsors' failure to enforce any term isn't a waiver of that term. If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies.
• Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that the Sponsors may share the winner's Instagram handle, first name, city and state, and the fact that they won (for example, in an Instagram Story announcing the winner), without further payment or permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release, and not hold responsible, the Sponsors, Instagram and Meta, and each of their parents, affiliates, owners, officers, members, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the Giveaway or from accepting, using or misusing the prize, including the prize stay, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, comments or DMs; problems with Instagram, the signup page, email, internet service, devices or software; entries that aren't visible because of an account's privacy settings or Instagram's filtering; printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway materials; or delays in The Row's opening.

13. Privacy

The Administrator collects the information you give when you enter, such as your Instagram handle and comment, and, if you choose the Bonus Entry, your name, email address and Instagram handle.

• Your information is used to run the Giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner, and award the prize. The winner's information will be shared with The Row only as needed to award and arrange the prize stay.
• If you join the email list, your email address is used according to DoCo's Privacy Policy at docovacations.com/privacy/. DoCo will send you news and offers. Our email list is managed through Mailchimp.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our marketing emails or by emailing hello@docovacations.com.
• Information you post on Instagram is also subject to Instagram's own terms and privacy policy.

14. Instagram Release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta. By entering, you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use and you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability connected with this Giveaway.

15. Winner's Name

To find out who won, email hello@docovacations.com with the subject "The Row Giveaway Winner," or send a letter to DoCo Vacations, Attn: The Row Giveaway Winner, 6452 State Highway 42, Egg Harbor, WI 54209. Requests must be received within 60 days after the Entry Period ends. The Administrator will provide the winner's Instagram handle and, where allowed, first name and state.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without any class action, and only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Door County, Wisconsin. You agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
