KITCHENS AND DINING The communal mess hall and summer kitchen sit in their own building, separate from the cabins, giving everyone a central place for group meals. Each cabin also has its own fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, with appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a blender and a kettle. We provide cookware, a baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a coffee maker with starter packs of Door County Coffee.

Body soap, hair dryers, irons, hangers and cleaning products are provided. First aid kits, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers are on site.
Access
Guests have the entire property, including all four cabins, the communal kitchen and mess hall, the sauna (in the same building as the summer kitchen), the fire pit, the pier and launch dock, and the outdoor seating, deck and patio areas. The garage studio is not part of the rental and is not accessible during your stay, and the boat lift is not available for guest use. Ample parking is available on the property.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. Furniture and decor may differ from the photos.
To comply with local regulations, this home requires Friday check-in.
The garage studio is not included in the rental and is not accessible during your stay.
Kayaks and paddleboards are used at your own risk, and life vests are provided.

What a beautiful, unique property. We had an amazing time at this property. Everyone had their own space, the views were stunning. Nightly fire pits and smores. The large kitchen and grill made cooking large quantities of food easy. We went paddle boarding and many hours of fishing (with no luck). This property had everything we needed, it made for the perfect summer trip.
Our family gathered here for a week that we will all hold dear forever. Our ages ranged from a two year old to a grandma. The accommodations were so comfortable. And the owner has to be one of the best. The homes were completely stocked with anything we needed. And in addition, we had bikes, paddle boards, kayaks & a big lily pad for lake swimming. The location was so convenient to parks, lighthouses, boat and jet ski rentals. Truly a thoughtful owner and the management was on top of everything. Definitely one of Door County’s finest if not the best.

Our family of 16 agreed that this "compound," as we called it, made our vacation awesome!! We felt surrounded in beauty, comfort and security. The four cabins were spotless, well appointed, comfortable. The "mess hall" was a fun gathering place and perfect for our dinners together and for our game nights. We began most mornings with coffee in the main house as we enjoyed the expansive view. We appreciated the waterfront for some fishing, paddleboarding, swimming by day and campfires at night while the kids hunted for their favorite rocks. We ventured out to see the Door County sights daily but we were always glad to return "home" to the privacy and peace and quiet of the Three Leaves Bayside Retreat. We would highly recommend this retreat for any large multi-generational family.
