End-User License Agreement – DoCo Accounting Bot

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the use of DoCo Accounting Bot (the “App”), a private application owned and operated by DoCo Vacation Rentals LLC (“DoCo Vacations,” “we,” “us”), a vacation rental property management company in Door County, Wisconsin. By connecting or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

About the App

The App connects to DoCo Vacations’ own QuickBooks Online company. It reads accounting records and, with DoCo Vacations’ approval, creates records (such as expenses, bills, classes, and journal entries) to reconcile property management expenses with Guesty and Breezeway. The App is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

License

DoCo Vacations grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for DoCo Vacations’ internal business purposes. This license is limited to DoCo Vacations and the people and service providers (such as its bookkeeper) it authorizes to work on its behalf.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the App for any company or purpose other than DoCo Vacations’ own internal accounting.
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, share, or distribute the App to anyone else.
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App, except as allowed by law.
  • Use the App in a way that breaks any law or the terms of QuickBooks Online.

Ownership

DoCo Vacations owns the App. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are owned by Intuit Inc. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of either.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Users should review accounting records created or changed through the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoCo Vacations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination and Disconnecting

This license lasts until it is ended. DoCo Vacations may end it at any time. Access can be ended at any time by disconnecting the App from the QuickBooks Online company (in QuickBooks Online, go to the Apps area and disconnect the App). When the license ends, use of the App must stop.

Privacy

The way the App handles data is described in the DoCo Accounting Bot Privacy Policy at docovacations.com/privacy.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
