Point Beach features 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 4 king beds, and 4 twin beds (two sets of bunks), comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Six bathrooms ensure ample space and convenience for larger groups, with modern fixtures and spa-like touches throughout.

The open-concept living and dining areas boast soaring ceilings, large windows, and clean Scandinavian lines, creating a warm, light-filled space ideal for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and generous counter space—perfect for preparing group meals or late-night snacks.

Outdoors, the expansive patio invites guests to relax under the trees, dine al fresco, or gather around the fire pit. With a barbecue grill, outdoor seating, and serene surroundings, it’s the perfect setting for reconnecting with friends and family.

Guests have full access to the home, patio, fire pit, BBQ area, and private yard. The home offers free on-site parking and an EV charger. It is fully ADA accessible, featuring step-free entry, curbless showers, and wider doorways for added comfort and mobility.
